On a team of 4, I analyzed the California Closets customer journey. We analyzed how the older millennial audience interacts with California Closets. To best reach this audience, we researched what social media platforms our audience frequents and how to best communicate information about the home organization category. Attached are our final research report and final presentation. We presented to California Closets CEO, Bill Barton, and his colleagues.
